I've chosen a path of sobriety, becoming an active member of the recovery community. I've explored the world, ventured into entrepreneurship, learned new languages, crafted dream jobs, and earned promotions at every step.

In the corporate realm, I've guided companies through mergers and acquisitions, playing pivotal roles in Operations, Facilities, and Employee Experience—all while nurturing a culture of belonging amid change.

I’m a certified personal trainer, which gives me the unique ability to coach not only the heart and mind muscles but also the body. I aim to build not just physical strength but also confidence and self-love.

My hunger for knowledge and growth never ends and it led me back to university in my mid 30’s to become an accredited coach.

But the most profound shift in my life?

Becoming a mom. Love, purpose, and resilience became my guiding compass. Navigating the unpredictable journey of motherhood unveiled the most powerful play of my life—launching this business.
